ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
PureTech Home Services LLC and the PureTech Companies · Last Updated: August 15, 2026 · Version 2.0
We at PureTech Home Services are committed to making our website, puretechhs.com, usable by people with disabilities — and to making sure that anyone who cannot use the website can still reach us, get a quote, and schedule service just as easily.
This statement applies to puretechhs.com and to all pages, subdomains, landing pages, booking tools, and online forms operated by PureTech Home Services LLC and the PureTech Companies, currently PureTech Home Services LLC and PureTech Electric LLC.
Our Conformance Target
Our target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We design, build, and maintain this site with that standard as our goal, and we work to bring our content into conformance with it.
We are describing an ongoing effort, not certifying a result. Accessibility is not a one-time project. Content changes, third-party tools update, and new issues appear. We do not claim that every page of the site fully conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA at all times. Where we fall short, we want to know, and we will fix it — see Requests, Issues, and Suggestions below.
Accessibility Adjustments on This Site
This site’s contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation. As part of this ongoing effort, we have:
• Used accessibility tooling to identify and correct potential issues
• Set the language of the site
• Set a logical content and reading order on the site’s pages
• Defined clear heading structures across the site’s pages
• Added alternative text to images that convey information
• Implemented color combinations intended to meet required contrast ratios
• Reduced the use of motion and avoided auto-playing media
• Provided visible keyboard focus indicators and skip-to-content navigation
• Labeled form fields, including our estimate, booking, and contact forms, and written error messages in plain language
• Worked to make the videos, audio, and documents we publish accessible, and to provide an accessible alternative where a file is not
Known Limitations
We want to be straightforward about the areas where accessibility may be incomplete:
• Third-party tools and embedded content. Some functionality — including our scheduling and booking tools, payment pages, electronic signature platform, mapping and service-area lookups, and embedded review widgets — is provided by third parties. We select vendors with accessibility in mind and raise issues with them, but we do not control their code. If a third-party tool blocks you, contact us and we will complete the same task with you directly.
• Downloadable documents. Some older PDFs — including flyers, guides, and informational packets — may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We are working through these. On request we will provide the same information in an accessible format at no charge.
• Radon maps and zip-code lookup tools. Map-based and interactive lookup features may not convey all information non-visually. The same information is available by calling or e-mailing us.
• Customer-generated content. Reviews and photographs submitted by customers and displayed through third-party platforms may lack alternative text we can control.
If the Website Doesn’t Work for You
You never have to use our website to do business with us. Every action available online is available by phone or e-mail, on the same terms and at the same price:
• Request an estimate or schedule service — call (608) 292-4221 or e-mail info@puretechhs.com
• Receive a quote, agreement, or warranty document in an alternative format — large print, plain-text e-mail, or read aloud over the phone
• Review and sign documents — by mail, or read to you by phone with a witnessed verbal or mailed signature, instead of our electronic signature platform
• Receive your radon test report or job documentation in an accessible format
• Make a payment by phone or check instead of an online payment page
We will not charge you more, delay your service, or ask you to justify the request. If you need a specific accommodation for the on-site visit itself — advance notice arrangements, a specific communication method, or extra time — tell us when you schedule and we will plan for it.
Requests, Issues, and Suggestions
If you encounter any accessibility barrier on our site, or need assistance, please reach out to our accessibility coordinator. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology and browser you were using, if you know — it helps us reproduce and fix the problem faster.

Ongoing Review
We review this site for accessibility when we make significant changes and at least annually, and we update this statement when our practices or known limitations change.
